John D. Shulansky

Chief Commercial & Strategic Officer-Partner

Mr. Shulansky is a seasoned executive with a proven track record of delivering client-focused solutions in the aviation and aerospace industries. Renowned for his analytical acumen and strategic vision, he brings extensive expertise in governance, organizational advancement, capital formation, and policy management.
Prior to his role at SkyePointe Advisors, Mr. Shulansky served as Partner, Senior Vice President,
and Chief Financial Officer at Aviation World Services/AeroLogistix. In this capacity, hespearheaded initiatives in governance, strategic development, and external affairs, driving
innovative solutions for global clients.
An ardent internationalist, Mr. Shulansky founded Atlantic Jet LLC in 2001, establishing
scheduled international airline operations across key U.S. markets, including Bradley
International Airport. His entrepreneurial spirit also led to the co-founding of The IBP Aerospace
Group in 1997, where he served as a senior officer and corporate secretary. With offices in East
Hartford, Connecticut; Washington, DC; and London, UK, the company focused on transferring
cutting-edge Russian aerospace and defense technologies to the United States, strengthening
cross-border innovation. Mr. Shulansky’s leadership and global perspective continue to shape the
aviation industry, delivering transformative results for organizations and clients worldwide.

Jeff P. Reynolds

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Reynolds is a distinguished financial executive with over 30 years of leadership in the airport and aviation industry. Renowned for his expertise as a medium-hub airport CFO, he has provided high-level financial advisory services, including valuations, debt and equity arrangements, and strategic guidance for aviation asset investments and divestitures.
A global authority in airport privatization, Reynolds played a pivotal role in shaping the FAA’s Pilot Privatization Program legislation in the 1990s and has since contributed to numerous privatization initiatives worldwide. His international experience spans 47 countries, with expatriate assignments in London and Dubai, showcasing his ability to navigate complex global markets.
As CFO of Ontario International Airport, Reynolds led the airport’s inaugural bond offering and was instrumental in its successful acquisition from LA World Airports. His illustrious career also includes leadership roles at industry giants such as Lockheed Martin, AGI, Houston Airport System, and Abu Dhabi Airports Company.
Reynolds holds an MBA from the University of Southern California, with dual concentrations in Finance and the Entrepreneur Program, complemented by a BA in Economics from UCLA. His academic rigor and extensive experience cement his reputation as a visionary leader in aviation finance.

Vice President of Operations

With over three decades of distinguished experience in aerospace engineering, Mr. Cox is a seasoned leader in aircraft maintenance and airworthiness management. His career began with a prestigious RAF Halton Apprenticeship, followed by 22 years of exemplary service in the Royal Air Force, both domestically and internationally, culminating in his role as an Engineering Officer.
Since transitioning to civilian aviation, he has held high-profile positions supporting some of Europe’s leading low-cost carriers. As a trusted service provider, he has excelled in overseeing continuing airworthiness management, blending regulatory compliance with a keen commercial perspective. His expertise in business process re-engineering, has consistently enhanced the performance of operational maintenance units, driving efficiency, reducing costs, and delivering measurable value to aircraft maintenance and airworthiness organizations.
His strategic vision and practical experience make him an invaluable asset to any aviation enterprise seeking to optimize operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Angela K. Morrow

Director of Marketing & Sales

Ms. Morrow is a seasoned professional with over two decades of expertise in corporate sales, marketing, public relations, and communications. Holding a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science and Psychology, she brings a robust academic foundation to her work. Ms. Morrow excels in developing aviation and industrial safety programs, designing innovative curriculums and streamlined processes to ensure effective protocol implementation, audits, and compliance.
As the Executive Director of the 1Uganda Project, a non-profit dedicated to fostering self-
sufficiency through mental and physical health, educational advancement, and economic
stability, Angela has contributed 17 years of impactful philanthropy and strategic international
logistics. Her leadership has been instrumental in advancing the organization’s mission both
locally and globally.
