A global authority in airport privatization, Reynolds played a pivotal role in shaping the FAA’s
Pilot Privatization Program legislation in the 1990s and has since contributed to numerous
privatization initiatives worldwide. His international experience spans 47 countries, with
expatriate assignments in London and Dubai, showcasing his ability to navigate complex global
markets.
As CFO of Ontario International Airport, Reynolds led the airport’s inaugural bond offering and
was instrumental in its successful acquisition from LA World Airports. His illustrious career also
includes leadership roles at industry giants such as Lockheed Martin, AGI, Houston Airport
System, and Abu Dhabi Airports Company.
Reynolds holds an MBA from the University of Southern California, with dual concentrations in
Finance and the Entrepreneur Program, complemented by a BA in Economics from UCLA. His

Officer.

Europe’s leading low-cost carriers. As a trusted service provider, he has excelled in overseeing
continuing airworthiness management, blending regulatory compliance with a keen commercial
perspective. His expertise in business process re-engineering, has consistently enhanced the

marketing, public relations, and communications. Holding a Master’s degree in Organizational
Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science and Psychology, she brings a robust
academic foundation to her work. Ms. Morrow excels in developing aviation and industrial
safety programs, designing innovative curriculums and streamlined processes to ensure effective
protocol implementation, audits, and compliance.
